Our client based in Greenwich are searching for a Senior Quality Inspector Supervisor to join their team to support the inspection team.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead and drive inspection excellence within our manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role focused on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and team development.
Responsibilities as a Senior Quality Inspector Supervisor in Greenwich.
- Lead all quality inspection activities across Production and Stores.
- Maintain inspection documentation and risk assessments; enforce safety and wellbeing standards.
- Deliver weekly quality reports, highlight inspection SLA performance, and present findings at operations meetings.
- Support root cause analysis for major non-conformances and champion continuous improvement.
- Manage all aspects of people management including training, performance, development, and absence.
Requirements as a Senior Quality Inspector Supervisor in Greenwich.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Previous experience in an inspection role.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, non-conformance control, and lean principles.
- Use of shadowgraph, CMM, calipers, micrometers, surface finish instruments.
