We are currently searching for a specialist Senior RF Design Engineer who has capabilities in producing RF / Microwave designs from 10 to 30GHz. This job is an opportunity to work for a globally renowned engineering team based in Southampton, Hampshire, working on innovation for satellite communication technology. 

This role requires a 'hands on' RF Design Engineer who has experience with RF PLLs and RF circuit design. You will be involved in design, modelling and simulation processes for RF and Microwave design. The products and systems you develop will be implemented into aviation, SATCOM and space industries across the globe! 

Skills / Experience required: 

• RF and Microwave design experience, between 10GHz and 30GHz. 
• Experience with RF PLLs (phase-locked loops). 
• Ability to design and test from concept to manufacture. 
• Experience with system modelling and using simulation tools such as MATLAB or Keysight would be beneficial. 
• Previous experience in working on products / systems designed for harsh environments would be beneficial but not essential (aerospace, defence, military, space, etc.).
