Published Description:
A leading telecommunications organisation with a site in Northamptonshire are seeking a capable Senior level RF Design Engineer to join their Research and Development Lab. You will be joining an electronics and scientific engineering division in with over 150 employees. 
As a Senior RF Design Engineer – High-Speed Electronics you will be responsible for transmitter and receiver device design and testing from initial concept through to manufacture. You will develop RF circuits which are used for optical communications. 

Skills / Experience required: 

• To have strong skills in RF design (ideally up to and 3GHz). 
• Exposure to both transmitter and receiver design. 
• Use of test and measurement equipment (VNA based S parameters, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, power generators, etc.). 
• Ability to design from scratch. 
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a large team environment.
