$100,000 – $120,000 per annum + Bonus + Shares

A very exciting and rapidly expanding research and development organisation with sites in the USA and UK are looking for a Senior RF Telecommunication Engineer to join their new offices in Maryland, United States. This organisation is focused on developing complex radio systems for the satellite communication industry. They have 50 employees with plans to double in size over the next 12months.
The Senior RF Telecommunication Engineer will be responsible for managing antenna, RF circuit and system design for a range of satellite communication products. Your job will involve analysing design trades for subsystems, identifying solutions for customer requirements, and creating simulations for RF antenna and circuit analysis. You will work closely with the VP of Product Engineering and the R&D team in the UK.
Job requirements:
- Strong experience in RF Telecommunication Engineering for satellite communications, radar systems, or similar.
- Ability to use Matlab, Simulink, Python, SystemVue, or similar for simulation.
- Exposure to signal processing, RF cascade, fabrication, signal impairments, and modulation.
- Exposure to RF circuits in Ka/Ku frequency range.
- All applicants must be either a US citizen or be able to obtain security clearance.
