Senior Software Engineer C++ job in the Aerospace Industry available in Lincoln, Lincolnshire
One of the world’s biggest research and development companies, with a new engineering facility based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire are seeking a capable Senior Software Engineer – C++ to join their team.
As a Senior Software Engineer – C++ initially you will be responsible for creating high quality designs and code for application and middle-ware. Once you have gained sufficient industry experience, you will be responsible for the working in a small team of software engineers. The position will work within the aerospace and defence sector. You will also gain design opportunities into other industries, including medical, and telecommunications.
Job requirements of the Senior Software Engineer – C++:
- Experience in C++ and ideally C# programming
- Experience of developing software for a real-time embedded environment.
- Ideally experience in Software development, ideally within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, defence, medical, etc) – Not essential.
- Please note: All candidates must be a British Citizen and be able to gain security clearance.
