A new opportunity is available for a Senior Test Design Engineer to join a leading aerospace company in Fareham. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be supporting the design, development, and qualification of aircraft fuel and safety systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test rigs, stands, and fixtures
- Act as the focal point for the manufacture of test fixtures and equipment
- Prepare and review technical documentation such as proposals, specifications, and reports
- Manage test equipment requests, scoping work, and resource requirements
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
- Mechanical engineering experience
- Experience in test rig and fixture design.
