Service Manager job available in Bedfordshire

A leading research & development organisation based in Bedfordshire are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their continuously growing team. You will get the opportunity to manager the current service and applications team and ensure a high standard of customer service support.

As a Service manager you will be responsible for assisting both sales and customer services with technical support as well as engineering and production with hands on support for test and commission of new and development systems.

Skills & Experience required for the Service Manager:

  • O.N.C. Electronic Engineering / or acceptable lower qualification with relevant experience Industrial Electro/Mechanical background
  • Experience working on complex electronic systems and products (Essential)
  • Background in technical service & product support.
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Service Team Lead/Manager
