NEW SITE MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE WORKING FOR LEADING INSTRUMENTATION MANUFACTURE BASED IN CAMBRIDGE
A leading research and development organisation, are seeking a bright and experienced Site Manager to join their expanding manufacturing site. This position will be responsible for managing the development and improvement of a busy production facility. This includes managing facilities, security and health & safety aspects but also having a huge input on NPI projects and process improvements.
Key responsibilities for the Site Manager job in Cambridge.
- Direct leadership of Manufacturing Engineering, acting as liaison between Operations and R&D
- Form a motivated team delivering good products and innovation.
- Liaising with other managers globally to understand current and future requirements for the product line
- Support the Cambridge facility from a H&S and maintenance standpoint.
To apply for the Site Manager role based in Cambridge you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in in a technical course of study, business management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site manager or Ops manager
- Experience in supporting a production facility, ideally in an electro-mechanical product area.
