As the Software Manager – Embedded based in Coventry, West Midlands, you will be leading the software development team that are working on the full product life-cycle of software for embedded systems, from concept through to manufacture.

- Lead a team of approx. 8 software engineers through the full software development process
- Consistently improve software development processes
- Lead technical meetings with the software development team
Key skills/experience required for the Software Manager – Embedded job:
- A strong technical background in embedded software development
- Proven experience of leading a team of embedded software engineers
- Previous experience from a process driven organisation
- Experience of Linux
