A globally established Engineering / Manufacturing organisation based in Ely, Cambridgeshire are seeking a Structural CAD Design Engineer – Steelwork to join their engineering team. This organisation has over 20 years in the Oil & Gas industry and 70+ employees. They are expanding heavily in their Ely, Cambridgeshire location.
Job details: As the Structural CAD Design Engineer – Steelwork you will produce 3D CAD designs of structural steel assemblies. This will involve lifting calculations, considering heat, safety, and legisations.
This job will come with fantastic training and career development.
Job requirements:
- Experience in structural CAD design engineering, working with steel structures and piping.
- Previous experience with one of the following CAD tools – AutoCAD, Robot, or Advanced Steel, or similar.
- To have an academic background in structural, mechanical or civil engineering.
