Supplier Quality Engineer – Electronics

£35k-£45k + Bens
My client has pioneered the design of innovative x-ray generators and controls for almost 40 years. Operating from a state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility in Surrey, UK and with sales and service centres in the USA, China & Germany and with a worldwide network of distributors.
They currently require an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join their operations team. You will have responsibility for all aspects of supplier quality including building and improving relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities for the Supplier Quality Engineer – Electronics
- Support and manage all aspects of supplier quality including offsite visits
- Externally audit suppliers to ensure correct practice/process
- Support internal departments for all quality issues
Key Requirements for the Supplier Quality Engineer – Electronics
- Strong experience in supplier quality development
- Experience in working in an electronics environment.
- External Auditing experience
- Experience in Inspection
- Must have UK driving license.
