NEW SHIFT TEAM LEADER – CNC JOB AVAILABLE IN BEDFORD, BEDFORDSHIRE
A very well-established precision engineering organisation are seeking an experienced Shift Team Leader – CNC to join their rapidly growing engineering division. This company design and manufacture a range of industrial braking and caliper solutions which are sold across the globe.
As part of their growth plans, they are looking for someone who can work closely with senior management to maintain and improve quality assurance and quality control across the business.
The Shift Team Leader – CNC will be responsible for:
- Assist in job assignments and general planning of production area
- Assist in auditing quality standard work, areas for 5-S, TPM and safety compliance
- Lead daily team meetings, problem solving sessions as needed
The Shift Team Leader – CNC must have the following experience:
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Experience in organising a production area.
- Experience in a CNC/machining environment.
