A multinational R&D/Engineering Consultancy are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects and join their growing team in Livingstone, Scotland. Servicing the Medical, Life Science and Research sectors, my client have formed a reputation internationally for bringing complex products to life. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be joining an organisation which boasts over 19,000 employees and a truly global influence.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be involved in the detailed planning and management of a range of engineering projects across a variety of industries. Working within the Livingston offices, you will be responsible for setting and managing a customer’s expectations regarding all aspects of a project. This is a varied role which would encompass the following: budget planning/forecasting, project scope, risks, deliverables, and more!
Required Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects through to successful completion, ideally within a relevant industry
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring a project is managed according to a customer’s expectation
- Possessing knowledge of a particular discipline within engineering is preferable, e.g., Biomedical/Mechanical/Chemical
- Previous experience with electronic product development is advantageous
