NEW TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER – R&D / ENGINEERING JOB AVAILABLE IN HATFIEILD, HERTFORDSHIRE
A very exciting organisation that designs and manufactures electro-mechanical products are seeking a Technical Project Manager – R&D / Engineering to join their team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
As the Technical Project Manager – R&D / Engineering you will focus on leading and managing complex projects and programmes from initial concept through to manufacture. You will be the interface between the client and the R&D team, whilst managing budgets, timescales and ensure projects meet specification.
This Project Management job will provide you with the opportunity to work on the development of life-saving product.
Technical Project Manager – Skills / Requirements needed:
- A technical background in hardware / electronics or mechanical engineering
- A successful track record in managing R&D / engineering projects from concept through to manufacture.
- An understanding of New Product Introduction, design processes and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with test and validation engineering and requirements would be beneficial but not essential.
- If you have obtained a project management qualification – Prince2, AMP, PMP, or similar would be beneficial but not essential.
