The Role

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Test Design Support Engineer to join our Kelso site. 

This role is crucial part of our product development and commercialization services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high quality engineering and product concepts, as well as developing testing systems and fixtures that meet our customers’ requirements.

 

Additionally, you will be in charge of updating and releasing tester hardware, software, and design documentation to accommodate engineering change orders.

You will also conduct incremental tester design verification and validations, while keeping the associated documents up to date. Additionally, you will provide valuable input to design engineers and actively participate in test design group meetings to stay up to date with the latest tester design practices.

 

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.
  • Three (3) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
