A market leading research and development organisation based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk are looking for a Test Development Engineer to join their growing team. You will be leading the test solution design and implementation to support the development of next generation space exploration, satellite communication and deep well drilling products that are used globally.

Key responsibilities of the Test Development Engineer job:
- Provide expertise in electronic and RF and ensuring all products meet specifications
- Designing test solutions including guidance on PCBa design, test socket identification, test software programming and scripting
- Produce test documentation, instructions, and drawings
- Diagnose and repair products and support testing and tuning of RF products
- Liaise with customers and design partners to ensure products meet requirements
Key skills/experience required for the Test Development Engineer job:
- A strong Electronics Engineering background
- Knowledge of Electronics Design and Manufacturing Test
- An understanding of electronics assembly including test and validation of products
- Software Design and Programming – LabView, C, MatLab, Python
- RF circuit operation, test and tuning techniques
- Knowledge of PCBa techniques, electronic test methods and working to industry standards
