A market leading organisation are looking to add an exceptional and highly motivated individual to join their team.
This company develop state-of-the-art complex instrumentation products and are sold all over the world. They are market leaders in their industry and are growing year on year. Due to growth they are looking to add an Test Engineer who will be responsible for the day to day running of production test capabilities; organising and controlling production to ensure all products are shipped on-time and meet specification. Analysis of test data and trends to support product development and continual improvement of yield & test. Development of new test solutions to support production and R&D.and continual improvement.
The Packaging Engineer / Senior Engineer must have:
- Ownership of functional test systems and methods for production
- Both hardware and software
- Include development, optimisation, and maintenance
- Increasing automation where possible
- Planning and scheduling of production test
- Create and maintain test documentation including test specifications and procedures
- Specification and development of new test solutions to meet cost, accuracy, and throughput targets
- Liaise with internal customers on test capabilities and test related enquiries
