This role will see you staying hands on in your approach and you will lead the testing and fault finding on a range of high quality devices in a busy R&D and production facility. Job requirements of the Test Team Lead in West Sussex:

• Experience in testing electronics down to component level
• Experience leading or supervising a team of technicians or engineers.
• Experience of working in a busy manufacturing facility
• Strong ability to create test reports for R&D
