As a Test Technician your main objectives will include the testing and investigation of production products using automatic test fixtures as part of cell manufacturing.
- Test high voltage power supplies to meet specification requirements.
- Complete test reports and documentation in accordance with customer requirements and Quality Management System standards.
- Upgrade and modify assemblies and finished products as needed.
- Interpret and implement changes to assemblies and finished products per documentation.
- Identify product quality and performance issues, raising non-conformances as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Test Equipment Design, and Sales to meet customer requirements and ensure finished product quality and performance.
To excel in the Test Technician role, you should possess:
- The ability to test products accurately following test procedures within standard timeframes.
- Proficiency in using test equipment like oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.
- Experience with high voltage test methods.
- Skills in soldering and rework methods up to IPC standards.
