NEW VALUE STREAM MANAGER JOB AVAILABLE IN BEDFORD, BEDFORDSHIRE
A very well-established precision engineering organisation are seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager to join their rapidly growing engineering division. This company design and manufacture a range of industrial braking and caliper solutions which are sold across the globe.
As part of their growth plans, they are looking for someone who can work closely with senior management to maintain and improve general process and value stream across the business.
The Value Stream Manager will be responsible for:
- Conducting product routing analysis and appropriate groupings .
- Preparation of state maps showing what the value stream could look like in the long term.
- Manage all material related functions across the organisation.
The Value Stream Manager must have the following experience:
- Have thorough knowledge of all manufacturing methods, techniques and related equipment
- Have complete knowledge of production scheduling and shop operations
- Experience in a CNC/machining environment.
