SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR POSITION BASED IN HUNMANBY
A global market leading organisation are looking to add an Service Co-ordinator to join their growing team based near Hunmanby
This company develop state-of-the-art equipment and their complex solutions are sold all over the world. Their product lines are growing year on year and they are investing a lot of money in to new product development.
As a Warranty Co-ordinator you will be responsible for controlling of the administration process for customer and distributor repairs.
Responsibilities for the Service Co-ordinator position:
- Produce 8D failure reports based on customer expectations
- Co-ordinating and liaising with production and engineering teams to ensure product issues are raised
- Co-ordinating and liaising with customer and despatch teams, to ensure timely despatching for repaired units
Experience Required for the Service Co-ordinator position:
- ERP Database experience essential
- Experience in a warranty or Service role
- Experience working for a manufacturing company.
